Terms of delivery (updated: 22.09.2005):

1) Prices are consumer prices, incl. 19% BTW (tax).
2) Our standard way of selling is with pre-payment.
xxx In our shop you have the choice between PayPal: incl. Visa/Mastercard or prepayment
xxx via banktransfer. In The Netherlands and Germany we also can use Remboursement
xxx (which would cost you an extra 3,50 Euro).
3) Our shop will calculate shipping rates separate and in addition to your order.
4) You have the right to return the item you purchased via knife-heaven.com
xxx within 10 day's after receiving it. Only when properly packed we will accept
xxx the shipment. Please include your bank-account number. We will return your
xxx money, minus a handling-fee of Euro. 12.50.
xxx When returning a shipment the client pay's for the shipment-costs.
xxx Before you send back the knife you must contact us at: +31-45-5639320
5) If not in stock we will order the knife you have selected from (in most cases) Scandinavia.
xxx This may take up to eight weeks. Therefor by ordering you agree to a non-fixed
xxx date of delivery.
6) Any complaints/warranty requests have to be sent in by mail to: Kadel-Trading,
xxx Eurode-Park 1-11, NL. 6461 KB Kerkrade.
